Refund policy
All purchases and sales are final. We do not accept returns or size changes after shipment, unless item is faulty or we sent you the wrong size you'll need to provide proof as we are not responsible for any lost, unclaimed or damaged packages we recommend contacting the courier in charge of delivery for more information.
If you receive the wrong size or wrong product and it's our fault we are more than happy to assist you.
1. Initiate a Return
• Customers must first contact us at poshnality@gmail.com with their order number and reason for return.
• Once approved, we will provide detailed instructions on how to send the item back.
2. Eligibility for Returns
• Items must be returned in original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all tags/packaging intact.
• Returns are not accepted for final sale items, underwear, swimwear, or personalised products.
Return Cost
• Customer-Paid Returns: The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping.
• Refunds: Original shipping costs are non-refundable. Refunds will be processed back to the original payment method once the item is inspected and approved.
• Exchanges: If an exchange is requested, the customer may need to cover shipping for the replacement item.

Deadlines
• Customers must request a return within 7 days of receiving the order.
• Items must be shipped back to us within 7 days of return approval.
• Refunds/exchanges will be processed within 5–10 business days after we receive the return.
